Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Methods

For international shipping, we offer EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. You will get free shipping if you choose EMS which takes 5-7 days, choosing UPS, DHL, TNT which we charge $10 for all the items that will be shipped. Usually, you could get the product(s) you ordered in about 3-5 working days.
We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are NOT responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. If you do have a deadline for delivery please leave a message when placing the order or consult us first and if the parcel does not arrive on time it will not be an excuse to cancel your order.
The risk of loss or delay or extra costs would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Shipping Time

Your order will be confirmed in 12 hours and handled in 24 hours, and 3-6 business days to your destination normally. It will take us another 1 days to customize your items when they are out of stock. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
